The weeks begins with the Alternative Hip Hop duo from Africa. Alloysious Massaquoi and Kayus Bankole form the group Young Fathers, even if residing in Edinburgh, are respectively from Liberian and Nigeria. The duo began in 2008, and after many vicissitudes and changes of label released their first album “Dead” in 2013. Their music is considered by all as a mixture of experiences and influences that the duo brings with it from their backgrond. Il lunedì da il via alla settimana con duo Alternative Hip Hop proveniente dalla madre Africa. Alloysious Massaquoi e Kayus Bankole formano il gruppo Young Fathers e, anche se residenti a Edimburgo, sono rispettivamente di origini Liberiana e Nigeriana. ll duo inizia nel 2008 e dopo varie vicissitudini e cambi di etichetta discografica rilasciano il loro primo album “Dead”nel 2013. La loro musica è da tutti giudicata come un misto di esperienze ed influenze che il duo si porta dietro dal loro backgrond. Vi lascio a “I heard” dolce quanto riflessivo brano del loro nuovo album.
